Yeah, that is right. The costs for the IRS and the doc fix were not in the CBO report either.
And there’s got to be more yet even without figuring in cost overruns and snafus. All this legerdemain to make it look like it’s a money saver when the salient expenses are not all being looked at.

WASHINGTON, DC – The Obama administration’s chief actuary at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) notified Republican leaders Saturday that the “very tight time frame” and “complexity” of the Democrats’ health spending bill would prevent them from fully analyzing the costs and efficacy of the bill before the House voted on the legislation. The letter was in response to a request from House and Senate Republicans.

We’ve been baited. And here’s the switch, from a Washington Post news alert:
House Democratic leaders say they will take a separate vote on the Senate health care bill, rejecting an earlier, much-criticized strategy that would have permitted them to “deem” the measure passed without an explicit vote.
This is good news for the Constitution and transparency in government. I’m not sure if its good news for defeating Obamacare.
