The President is a serial hypocrite. He abjured the very public financing system he now defends in 2008. His outrage would be more believable if as Victor Davis Hanson helpfully reminds us, he had practiced what he preached when he ran for President. The entire Obama philosophy is based not on idealism and high principle but on opportunism and cutting sordid deals behind closed doors. In that light, its amazing Obama now dares to parade around as an outraged champion of good government.

Obama’s campaign was also the first campaign to “vet” or even ask for the “identity” of their donors.
Allowing for donations to exceed the maximum allowed and for phone banks in Gaza to process gift card donations.

I can tell all my liberal friends this.
They’ll blink and continue bitching about the “big money” destroying politics without second thought.

I think Mr. Hanson needs to really tell us how he feels about Zero’s hypocrisy. C’mon Victor, don’t hold back! /s
