Not officially, but if you were a defense attorney you would automatically exclude any lawyer from the pool. Call it “professional courtesy”.............

Is it certain Ubama passed the bar anywhere? I wonder if he has ever set foot in a courtroom in an official lawyering capacity? Can you imagine that guy defending you? .. Without a teleprompter?
