Pelosi Claims Jobs ‘Permeated’ Congressional Actions in Year of 10 Percent Unemployment Monday, January 25, 2010 By Matt Cover, Staff Writer
(CNSNews.com) – House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said that the issue of job creation has “permeated” the efforts of congressional Democrats over the past year. Pelosi’s statement stands in stark contrast to a bleak jobs year that saw unemployment rise to over 10 percent.
“The jobs issue has permeated everything, [every] major initiative that we have,” Pelosi said at her weekly press briefing Thursday. The speaker outlined the various proposals that she said had pulled the economy “back from the brink” over the past year.
“With the recovery package, we not only created jobs – about 2 million saved or created with more being rolled out – but pulled us back from the brink of even deeper recession. In his [President Obama’s] budget, which we passed one hundred days after his swearing-in, he had a blueprint for how we go into the future, create jobs, stabilize the economy [and] do so as we reduce the deficit – [it’s] very central to everything we do – reduce the deficit.

So I guess it would be safe to say that Congress in general and the Speaker of the House have been totally ineffective.
Obama says: “I’ve been talking about jobs all year...what more do you want?”

She basically admits that whatever the Dems have been working on with respect to jobs...its gettin rid of them!!!
Only in their fellow Americans’ misery, is a Democrat capable of finding opportunity.
For her sake she'd better be on drugs. I'm counting down the minutes until the Obama bus drives right over her. The only one less popular than Obama: Congress.
It will be fun to watch her try to defend herself when the One blames everything on "ineffective Congressional leadership." Harry and Nancy are toast!

What permeates Congressional action is an insidious plot to ruin America by a gaggle of complete and utter a$$holes that deserve to be tarred, feathered and tossed into the Potomac.

Lying sack of $hit! The Porkulus Bill was supposed to be the thing for jobs right? All their actions have been to wield power and buy votes. They dont give a damn about American jobs.
