McCain is a horrible person in so many ways.
Agree. Az voters are smart enough to see how McCain has defeated their values. He opposed everything that GWB tried to do and forced him to make compromises which were bad for the nation. Just a nasty old fart who should be retired.
Holder has a grand jury running on Sheriff Joe. Just sayin’. I would not put it past McCain to team up with O to stop JD’s AZ insurgency.
JUST A NASTY OLD WHO SHOULD BE RETIRED
And then have a picture of mcgeezer, just too good! I bet this would sell here on FR.!!

Interesting observation on Palin’s speech patterns.
What I had noticed more was the quivering quality to her voice when answering under stress, and sometimes even without stress, that sounds too much like a woman holding back tears—even though that’s not where she is emotionally. She needs her voice to sound stronger when speaking when emphasis and also when pulling back for contrast.
This is an issue that most male pols don’t have, just because of the nature of their vocal cords. But she needs to sound calm and resolute and serious in her intonation all at once, and I think she could use some coaching for that.
BTW, I also hope she’s got John Bolton as a sharp taskmaster, just as Bush had Condi, coaching her on foreign affairs day by day and week by week.
I’m not suggesting all this coaching because she’s so lacking, but because the office we’re hoping to see her in is so high and demanding.
The quivering or quavering voice is also one of Condi’s unfortunate traits. I love her and Sarah both, but that is troublesome
Yes, you’re right. Condi still has that exact same trait.
I’m no vocal coach, but it seems as if speaking from lower in their register and gut would give them more vocal grounding—and vocal gravitas while they were at it. We hear authoritative voices as being low and turning down at the end of sentences, not high, girlish/pleasing, and questioning/sing-songy at the close.
Gee, what a surprise! That's why she shouldn't have been sent there.
I can’t argue with your logic.
My point is that it is foolish to project sainthood upon charismatic politicians like Sarah. We need to be honest about them, warts and all. And I’m a fan of hers!
People want so much to have a savior come and rescue the party that they have invested themselves emotionally in her. That kind of blind loyalty will surely spell disaster when it comes to choosing a candidate.
On the other side, how nutty is it to say that she is dead in our eyes because she supports Juan? Talk about cutting off our noses to spite our faces!
I voted for McCain in the general election, in spite of the fact that he is a back-stabbing self-serving RINO, because he was the closest thing to a conservative I could vote for. Romney would have been a better choice, and Thompson would have been better than Romney.
The candidates we find acceptable should be determined on an individual basis. A liberal Republican would be an acceptable candidate in New York City, but not for President. So as much as I admire Rudy, he was not the right choice. But to insist on ideological purity for a candidate to run for Congress in a Blue state is self defeating.
That being said, I would like to see Hayworth replace Juan in Arizona. Hayworth was taken out because he was selectively targeted by the Dems who were able to stack the Obama crazy out-of-state ASU voters against him. They won’t be able to do that in a statewide election. It would depend on how many brain dead voters would vote for McCain out of name recognition.
Now if you are zero/The Joker and all you have going for you is a radio voice reading from totus it's everything. But that's not Sarah's problem.
God Bless you my FReeper Friend
No Scott Brown?
Good catch, Tornado...
