This December 15th, we'll be delivering your comments to ski resort owner Dick Bass asking him to divest his money from the proposed Chuitna Coal Strip Mine. This is the largest proposed coal mine in Alaska and will contribute significantly to the global warming from which Utah's ski industry is already feeling the impacts.

My response to hysterical greenies is always the same: “If you think coal contributes to global warming and if you think that global warming is a threat, then call your power company and ask them to pull your meter. Think globally, act locally.”

The USA has so much resources here that we can do without oil from Saudi and tell them to pound salt. We could have Nuke plants in every state but for the tree huggers. They hate oil, they hate coal, they hate Nukes. I wonder where they get their operating cash. I bet if you look closely, it either has a Soros stench or Saudi sand on it.

An excellent response, really. You should be proud! May I use it also?

“...then call your power company and ask them to pull your meter.”

Exactly. These people should lead by example and go off the grid immediately and then live with the consequences of their ignorance.

They might as well get rid of their car, stop heating their house , I guess now you have to give up meat, no candles to replace the electric lights, no flying , groceries are delivered by truck so their out. Then I will take them seriously.

Right now it's showing like crazy all over the ski resort areas in Utah. Many are showing 10 to 19 inches of NEW SNOW since yesterday.

So what is this nonsense about "already feeling the impacts"?

What is it, the Utah guys want ALL the ski industry or something ~ what a bunch of greedballs. Send Obama after these people, not the bankers. At least the bankers hand over the cash to us sometimes ~ never saw a ski resort give it up to the customers!

Utah shouldn’t have a ski industry. There is no need for it. The despoiling of mountains, the roads, the buildings, the highways, the cars, the heat, all add to global warming, for basically a upper income, yuppie sport.

People want to ski, they can go to their urban park. On foot. On skis made from naturally fallen brances, and waxes with the fat of elderly seals that have died of natural causes.

SHUT DOWN THE GLOBAL SKI WARMING INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX NOW!

Yep, to both.

Only Traitors would subject US to dependence on our national enemies.

But that is exactly what we are talking about. TRAITORS.

Here is the List>

Updated Congressional Score Card> http://bit.ly/8w9ckV

ALL CONGRESSSMEN who Voted for CAP & TRADE are either TRAITORS or simply TOO STUPID to hold public office.

ALL WHO VOTED FOR CAP & TRADE MUST BE REMOVED FROM OFFICE. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Actually your post is not sarcasm nor humor.

It is a prediction of the future.

The nut cases are against any intrusion of man into what they call pristine areas.

Not next week or next month, but eventually they will call for man to be barred from entering huge areas of the mountains.

Already they are behind many of the present restrictions.

Any ski resort owner who goes along with their wacky ideas deserves to be run out of the business, for eventually he will be.

Tens of millions thought Lenin and Mao were rational. That it wasn’t Stalin, why he loved the Soviet peoples, it was the underlings!

PHd’s and physicians were one of the biggest supporters of Hitler.

Stupidity is a constant. Half of all people are below average.

We got to this place we are in in America by planners, experts.

Oh well, for me, a Sunday football pool and open bar.

It's already happening. Remember the road closures in National Forests during the Clinton administration?

This organization is behind a lot of this sort of thing.
