My response to hysterical greenies is always the same: “If you think coal contributes to global warming and if you think that global warming is a threat, then call your power company and ask them to pull your meter. Think globally, act locally.”

Exactly. These people should lead by example and go off the grid immediately and then live with the consequences of their ignorance.
They might as well get rid of their car, stop heating their house , I guess now you have to give up meat, no candles to replace the electric lights, no flying , groceries are delivered by truck so their out. Then I will take them seriously.
