At the end of Barack Obamas worst week since taking power a year ago, the US presidents fortunes look set only to deteriorate over the coming days. Following the shock defeat of the Democratic candidate in Massachusetts on Tuesday, a move that deprived the president of his 60-seat super-majority in the Senate and left his legislative agenda in tatters, Mr Obama has just four days to reboot the system.
The US president had originally delayed next weeks State of the Union address to Congress in the hope he would get his signature healthcare reform bill enacted in time. That prospect, already waning, was killed dead by the voters in Massachusetts. A growing number of Democrats believe the nine-month effort could collapse altogether.

His State of the Union???
I watched his speech in Ohio yesterday. “Things are tough, but we’ll keep working for you, gonna pass that jobs bill.”
He’ll have the same delusional tone in the SU speech.
At a federal level, this is the greatest feeling since the 2004 elections.
I want 0bozo, his family, and the demoRATs, to fail at 100% of everything they try or even think about!!! Maybe then we can wipe the slate clean of demoRATs and restore our country to its original constitutional design.
Yeah... “White House nightmare persists”. nobama is still President and refuses to resign. What a nightmare for America!
Good points!!! I think the TEA party uprising and continued uprising has shaken the elitist oligarchy & the demoRATs & especially 0bozo the commie pig usurper, to their inner evil core. And of course, God bless Sarah Palin!!!
Just so no disgusting RINO decides to jump ship....
Cheers!
Re: send “printed text”
yes, that’s what was done in the early years.... the constitutional requirement is for a report, not specified as oral and certainly not required to be a big public spectacle
I think Obamanation’s speechwriters are busy re-casting him as a populist railing against this week’s SCOTUS decision among other things..... since he can’t boast about health care “reform” (sic) he’ll probably make that just one element in a rant about eviiillll corporations etc.
See. Now he’s given you hope, too.
How about “we won” or “don’t think we’re not keeping score brother” BO depends on the stupidity of the liberls that support him to keep him going. I think we will get some intereting information on his past that will begin to leak out in the not so distant future.
