“Hayworth lost his Congressional seat in 2006. Why does he deserve to be a United States Senator at this time? I personally would vote against him.”

Hayworth held his seat for 6 terms before losing in 2006 (like a lot of Republicans, with the national malaise over Bush, spending and war going on...)

That means he won 6 out of 7 contests...so why the long face about him?

Honestly, after the polls today, and the fact that Sarah Palin, Scott Brown and probably Michelle Bachmann will support McCain, I doubt if Hayworth will run for Senator.

Also , I liked his OLD haircut, better than his new one. He looked better , I think
