Florida and Charlie Crist and Mel Martinez Rubio are same way pandering to illegals and Haitian illegals. Florida will go broke like California.

For those who do NOT live in California:

Mark Leno is a gay man from the San Francisco area who has had the agenda for years that everyone should pay for the cost of AIDS which is rampant in the gay community. The cost of AIDS treatment is astronomical, most gay men cannot afford even the minimum medication.

He isn’t interested in the health care for ‘families’, which covers all the common types of health care you could list. This is a camoflauge.

He is after AIDS costs being covered by employers and everybody else.

Vote em all out in 2010.

No, just the democrats. This is a new leftist talking point to deflect from the current democrat congress critters.

Also as per your story, there is no way someone is receiving 12 grand a month in assistance.

The actual value of benefits paid to refugees and asylees varies by state, depending on what each state pays its own welfare beneficiaries, but here are some links: http://www.visaus.com/benefits.html http://www.nilc.org/immspbs/ssi/ssi009.htm http://www.massresources.org/pages.cfm?contentID=58&pageID=18&subpages=yes&SecondLeveldynamicID=738&DynamicID=728 http://www.govtrack.us/congress/record.xpd?id=110-h20080917-25

VIRGINIA: "Are refugees entitled to extra welfare benefits? Upon arrival, refuges are entitled to the same benefits as any U.S. citizen. The only extra benefit they receive is an 8-month eligibility for Medicaid... This allows them to obtain any medical treatment they need...The U.S. State Department provides minimal dollars to pay one or two months’ rent, utility bills and purchase food and supplies for the family. This was recently raised from $310 to $400 per person...a family of four arrives, RIS has $1,600 to find an apartment, pay deposit and rent, buy groceries

The California bimbocrats have decided that there’s not much difference between being totally bankrupt and 2X totally bankrupt. Stupid is as democrats do.

“Why are 90% of gays and blacks socialists?”

Don’t know about those numbers, but I do have a number of gay friends. They’re all science types - and they’re all way to the right of me. Perhaps something about actually having to produce work that actually works affects one’s political outlook.

This guy is a complete twit! Over 3,000 people are fleeing California every day to escape the oppressive taxes. I guess the plan is to drive every non-government employee out of California. Then the demonic-rats will own the state and utopia will reign.

We need to amplify our dislike of Pelosi ........we need to get rid of her.........

All it would take to scare the beejezus outta Pelosi is to tack up pictures of Scott Brown allover the area.

Another goodie----have the local broadcast media run the tape of "tolerant and compassionate" Nancy smilingly telling news media that townhallers opposed to O/Care are Nazis.

Course if you really want to get down and dirty, you could start a rumor that Obama was coming, doing a campaign fly-in for these "favored camndidates" who support healthcare.

ROTFL. That oughta do it.

I'm also in favor of letting individual states commit suicide if they wish. The only problem is, the feds (that is, using our money), bail them out. That's largely what the $787B porkulus was all about. Aside from the payoffs to Dem interest groups, much of the money is going to states to "assist" them; that is, to shield them from the effects of running irresponsible deficits because they can't control their spending on the state level either.

That's why what happens in crazy Kalifornia affects all of us, like it or not. We're all on the hook, until and unless the feds are forced (by the electorate) to ignore governors like Ahnold, who don't know how to do anything but beg for more of our money, and remove states like his from federal life support.

How are they going to pay for it? California has let the Eviro-Wackos wreck the state with regulations. If we just permitted oil drilling—and sold the leases we could have all the money we need—what about gold dredging? More wind farms and Nuclear Power? What about gambling ships or legalize pot or Prostitution like Nevada? How about cutting the power of the Unions? How about repealing laws that make Hollywood Studios tape in Canada rather than Hollywood? Let California solve its own problems—Bail outs would give relief, yes, but not solve anything. We need no national welfare.

RINO Red Arnold is going to veto this foolish piece of malarkey if it hits his desk. Its DOA. These people are out of touch even with Californians.

The Democrat Party in California may as well move their HQ into Disney’s Fantasyland because bringing on the “Mother” of all Entitlement programs when the state is 30 Billion upside down and the economy hemorrhaging would be a simple death wish for the occupants of that State.

AND to everyone reading this who are asking themselves this question, YES Liberal’s ARE that Idealistically Dogmatic (read STUPID) to think this is a good idea.

This state (Ca) is in the red because of the Democrats. But that’s not enough! Let’s screw the people even more! The runaway costs would be enormous. We’re already on the hook for providing medical services to illegals, does anyone in their right mind think they’re going to pay us back???

These people are insane and so are the idiots who voted them into office.

In a bankrupt state the Democrats want to take on big new obligations? What is wrong with these people? If more Californians had jobs, more of them would have health insurance through their employers. How about improving the business climate?
+++++++++++++++++

Unbelievable. Forget about the big one dropping CA into the sea...the RATS are accomplishing that for you right now...

Even the week the Scott Brown won in blue, blue CA running against this very issue...

WOW...just WOW! That’s about as tone deaf as it gets.
