Under Arkansas law prosecutors would have to agree and waive the death penalty

Can someone tell me why?

"The man accused of killing one soldier and wounding another outside an Arkansas military recruiting center has asked a judge to change his plea to guilty, claiming ties to al-Qaida"

This one really jolts me. Another one that should be before a military tribunal. 90% of the public doesn't even know about this successful jihadist/terrorist act on US soil, thanks to the media (that day they covered the murder of the abortionist and ignored this story) and Obama.

File-- A June 5, 2009 file photo shows Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad in a Little Rock, Ark.,

In letter, Muhammad described himself as a soldier in al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula and called the shooting "a Jihadi Attack.

Muhammad also called himself in the letter a member of "Abu Basir's Army," a reference to the alias of Naser Abdel Karim al-Wahishi, the Yemeni group's leader.

Hey, politically correct fools in Washington DC, when these people tell you who they are, believed them!
