He most certainly is, but Ms. Bachman should have answered his question directly rather than saying “I voted for prosperity” @ the beginning.
ANYONE coulda used that phrase, but Specter asked her a specific question & she shoulda given him a specific answer, IMO.
She should have told him to go ~&*% off! Liberals see good manners as a sign of weakness.
