San Francisco didn't make the list because they don't like to mix the professionals with the amateurs. Now excuse me I have some very amusing phones calls to make to friends in Atlanta.AWB

This list was actually developed for secondary 'burbs that were not once considered "gay", so you wouldn't see San Francisco, New York, Chicago and other cities on there so much.
