You aren't kidding. A buddy of mine does tandem hang gliding flights from a local hang gliding club site near my home. One day last fall there was a young couple who came up from Florida for a flight. The girl was wearing a Che shirt. I struck up a conversation with her and asked who was on her shirt. She said Che Guervara, a great leader of the people! I said "really? Wasn't he Castro's hit man, responsible for over 10,000 murders?" She didn't have a clue. I did notice that later in the day she wasn't wearing the shirt anymore.....

There is a nightclub in north Dallas called "Che" that has a neon sign with his name and face on it. It is one of those hip places for all trendy idiots who ignorantly worship leftist tyrants to party. The irony would be funny if it weren't so pathetic.

I proudly wear my version of a "Che" t-shirt, and I'm sure many others here would, as well:

I once encountered a leftie wearing a Che shirt while I was wearing my Reagan shirt. I left him and his girlfriend with deer-in-the-headlights expressions, and his buddy across the booth about to fall out of it laughing at him.

Sadly, the reason why the left idolizes Che can be summed up by one sentence in the article: “The U.S. is the great enemy of mankind!” raved Guevara in 1961. That’s their common core belief, ergo he’s a hero to them.

che shirts are like bell bottoms and "love beads"... signs of a stupid hippie douch bag...My father trained Cubans in Florida and till the day he died hated Kennedy and Castro. When he saw American actors and libs kissing Castro's rear, he'd get up and walk out of the room.

Castro is a murdering thug and any person that stands with a stupid grin on their face to have a photo taking with him should do that with Charlie Manson first.
