Uh, bear in mind, these people control a lot of access to the D.C. money tap.

She can’t just go a piss off every sitting Republican senator and expect to raise the kind of money that Mittens is raising and compete with him on television.

Base Republicans need to get real politics, real soon.

Best,

Chris

Then you are admitting that the grassroots is powerless before the GOP elite.

Fail.

Scott Brown did just fine without DC money. And what happened to all the talk here about not giving to the RNC, giving directly to candidates? That does look like the wave of the future.

Well, if she can't, or won't, then our constitutional republic is whirling down the drain before our eyes faster than I thought. What you're essentially saying is that there is no way to overcome the amount of money that D.C. special interests and lobbyists shower senators with. I submit that throwing money at a political campaign has a point of diminishing returns, especially if you aren't addressing and acting to resolve conservative voters' concerns

Base Republicans need to get real politics, real soon.

Yes, they do. Tea party groups are about to whip the GOP's sorry ass into submission one candidate at a time, with or without Palin's help.

Good thing she got that pundit job as FNC.

I’ll always like her and I think it’s great she’ll be on FNC occasionally, but she’s lost my political support (and I suspect quite a few others)if she campaigns for McCain.
