99% of the time, I hate Jon Stewart's incessant pimping for the radical left, but this had me laughing harder than I have in a long, long time.

I still can’t stand him!!
Bob was born Hope, but Lesley Townes wasn’t a great moniker for a wannabe boxer.
He’s so hammy and into himself... It was painful to watch, really. Is this the kind of thing he does every day on his little show? If so, I’m amazed that he’s such a star. Some of what he says is funny but HE is cringeworthy. Yuck.
OMG I laughed so hard I pulled a muscle!
From this to Bob Hope.
Leslie Townes Hope
As it went on you, realized that he was making very solid, Democrat, political points.
That was liberal Democrat political analysis, delivered with humor, there was nothing neutral there.
You don’t get to enjoy Schadenfreude by watching conservatives! :^) Besides, I’m sure the Republican party will be devestated by Stewart’s criticism of Brown driving a truck.
John Wayne and Bob Hope too. I guess that was why they changed their names.
Huh? "Marion Morrison" is a Jewish name? Who knew?
And I'm pretty positive (99+%) that Bob Hope isn't (wasn't?) Jewish either!
Mark
Pretty funny, but he leaves absolutly no doubts about where he stands.
just watch his show once, and you KNOW where he stands on anything........
none the less..........that was dang FUNNY!
Wayne converted to Catholicism prior to his death.
I dont know about Bob Hope, although he was probably Anglican.
Bob Hope was also a convert to Catholicism.
That’s just it. What makes the Democrats so damnable is they’re always trying to play the moderates. He’s wearing his heart on his sleeve... and he’s funny! I can laugh at liberals. I can even laugh with them, if it’s humor and not simply gleeful bashing the people they hate.
I was being sarcastic about Wayne and Hope, my point was that entertainers have other reasons to change their names, than not being sufficiently pro Jewish.
Neither was a Catholic (or a Jew) at the time he adopted his stage name. That was the point.
