* Outgoing Ohio senator George Voinovich (R., Ohio) has a lunch at the Oval Office today, ostensibly to talk about the national debt. But some are wondering aloud if the Democrats will try to court Voinovich as their new 60th vote on health-care reform.
UPDATE: ABC News Tweets:
Sen Voinovich at WH today says "I am not a vote for the health care bill, period."
Voinovich is the dumba$$ who said he was for the Fairness Doctrine because “he believed in fairness”.
He is meeting about debt. He wants the debt to be reduced and is willing to talk budget cuts as well as taxes to do it. He is a problem, but not in the health care realm.
Sen Voinovich already is on record saying the Healthcare Bill would force a local medical device company to move out of the country due to new taxes. He’s always been against it.
He probably wept that he just couldn’t do it. “My Kids” :’(
I didn’t think he voted for it first time around.
Michelle Malkin occasionally forgets to take her midol.
Well...good.
Never know with these people but this may be the first time in awhile I can think well of him then.
Yeah, that is until Reid and Pelosi offers him an "Ohio Purchase" deal...
Trust no one right now. "Hugh" sums of money are being offered for votes! (I'm series...)
crybaby needs his nappy
