It is inexplicable from a legal point, but not a political one. The Obama administration does not want to be seen as going against Blacks, even radicals, so the fix was put in.

They are not people who feel the need to justify actions when they can use brute political power to get what they want through. This was just thug professional courtesy.

I thought citizenship was a 10% chance of flushing the Obummer down the political drain. I think the chances of something illegal, unethical, scandalous, etc. are a far greater likelihood.

I guess the question is, why didn’t they throw these few guys under the bus? The were caught red-handed, and there is video evidence for people to see—which many of us saw at the time.

I think the answer is that Eric Holder is powerdrunk and overconfident to the point of stupidity. Conservatives know him for what he is, the the MSM seems to prefer to avoid talking about him.

This case has weakened Holder and has further weakened Obama. Was it worth taking so much damage to keep a couple of dumb thugs out of jail for a few months? If this were a properly run organization like the Mafia, they’d just tell their soldiers to take the hit for being dumb enough to let people take pictures of them doing something so openly stupid.

But I think Obama needs Holder in that job and might have trouble replacing him. And Holder is dumb.

We are likely fortunate that Obama does not move with the reckless abandon of Hugo Chavez. However, his core beliefs are not far from those of any Maoist dictator. Hopefully Brown's campaign in MA will cause the administration to exercise more caution.

I believe that O actually believed that his nationalizing the auto industry and banks would combine with the nationalization of health care to kindle a massive wave of popular support for Marxist reform.

One caution I would make is that part of Obama's lack of support come from the left who don't like his half measures and "war" policy.

Keep up the pressure on the Obamanation.

Be patient, the AG will be answering questions as soon as a new Congress is seated. I would imagine any snafus related to archiving correspondence incorrectly have already been seen to. Expect the Hillary response: “I do not recollect.”

To paraphrase a truism, this coming election, the Panthers and other Obama thug operatives are going to find out just how effective it is to bring nightsticks to an election full of 2nd Amendment citizens.

Frowning takes 68 muscles.
Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.

White House visitor records present strong circumstantial evidence of White House involvement in what should have been an independent and impartial law-enforcement decision.
