I disagree.

It is the responsibility of any man who stands and administers any oath of office to be certain the person taking that oath is legitimately entitled to be taking that oath.

If there is any question in his mind he should investigate that question.
IMO ,The Supreme Court used legal tricks and subterfuge to find no one had standing to question Obama, when the facts are that every American has that standing.

I have no further respect for the Supreme Court or it’s Justices who are so cowardly they refuse standing to everyone and look the other way as a Usurper take command of our country.

I don't think a justice of the peace anywhere in the country would marry two people based merely on their verbal assurance that they had a marriage license.
