Won't pass without the anti-abortion amendment in it.
They can try to ram the Senate bill thru the House, but:
1. It’s riddled w corruption (Cornhusker Kickback etc)
2. Includes Cadillac tax on union plans
3. Paid abortions
Frankly, Obama is asking every House RAT to jeopardize their careers over one vote. I don’t think Pelosi can assemble 218 to pass the Senate bill in the House.
This is VERY GOOD news as to Scott Brown’s election tomorrow.

Sadly, Pelosi will never be voted out by her constituents...they love her and support her . She doesn’t even campaign and has no real opponents, ever.
Why? As one who lives in Marin across the bridge from San Francisco, you have to understand that her base is a wet dream for Democrats/Progressives:
Gays comprise 30+% of the residents, SEIU owns the tourist venues of hotels , conventions etc. which is the City biggest industry, 70 Medical Marijuana centers in a City of 700,000 - you can smoke a joint anywhere, but not tobacco.
Also, the remnants of Love Children i.e., hippies, druggies and the Haight Ashbury crowd, trust fund yuppies and their now grown up trust fund kiddies, highest college graduate %’s in the land never weaned off their Alinskyite professors, huge government employment, outrageous taxes including for the last year, a city tax on restaurants for employees’ ‘health care.’
She may not be Speaker, but she won’t lose an election. she carries the the majority hard core left’s water everyday.
Real hope and change is coming, Pelosi....one way or another. Bet.

And passing ANY such legislation sets the stage for incrementally tightening the noose on Americans’ liberties.
