Democrats made hay earlier today of the report of an ugly comment at a Scott Brown event: "Shove a curling iron up her butt" a crowd member shouted of Coakley in West Springfield.
The video above appears to show Brown smiling at the line and nodding, before returning to his message: "We can do this."
The jibe isn't out of the blue: It's a reference to the charge, explored at length recently by the Boston Globe, that Coakley failed to aggressively prosecute a sexual abuse case involving a curling iron.

The Dems and libs in the media hate Brown for smiling at a joke, but they love Coakley for going soft on a child rapist. Typical. Explains the media’s love affair with Ted Kennedy even after his cowardly night swim, the love affair with Roman Polansky even after his champagne-and-drug rape of a 13-year-old, and the love affair with Bill Clinton even after his brutal rape of Juanita Broaddrick. The list goes on and on. Perhaps it’s fitting that Coakley is trying to fill Kennedy’s seat with Clinton’s campaign help. Maybe Polansky can make a documentary about the campaign. Perverts stick together.
The MSMS milked it for all it was worth. The Secret Service investigated and stated it didn't happen. Never saw any State Run Media outfits push that part of the story.
You can’t hear on the video what Politico claims was said. How do they know? How could Brown know what was said with all that crowd noise? This is pretty pathetic, even for the leftist Politico.
Plus, even people who haven't been reading the local paper can just do a web search of keywords and come up with an explanation of a joke they don't understand. If Dems are passing around this video to try to hurt Brown, they better hope the recipients of the video don't get curious and seek out the rest of the story, which is that Coakley went soft on a sick child rapist.

That video was lame. The sound was horrible. It’s not clear what was said and who knows what he heard. In any case, I do pretty much smile anytime I her the word “butt” along with other words like “fart”, “wiener”, “boner”, etc.
However, if this story results in the main stream reporting of Martha and her behavior relating to the curling iron case, then I’m all for pushing it.

Well, Politico is a Dem propaganda machine so one has to take this article with a grain of salt.
Well, even Politico comes clean about what is being referenced. The alleged detail of the quote has to have come from an “anonymous source” — clearly it isn’t from the sound track of the video.
Smith is terrified because of the threat to an agenda he supports. He can see the power slippingaway after just one year.
