Shame on you! First off, there’s no indication he’s looting. Second, how can you possibly look at those pictures and be most moved by someone’s T-shirt. You’ve disgraced FR.
Here is the caption to the picture
“( Carolyn Cole / Los Angeles Times / January 15, 2010 )
A man taking part in the looting of a downtown Port-au-Prince store wears an Obama T-shirt. “
guess you have trouble with reading comprehension, because the LA Times photo caption asserted that the people in the photo were looting a store......
you’ll have to take it up with the photographer or whoever supplied that caption for the LA Times
(Carolyn Cole / Los Angeles Times / January 15, 2010)
“A man taking part in the looting of a downtown Port-au-Prince store wears an Obama T-shirt.”
Try reading the caption.
Steelfish posted without comment.
The identification of the shirt-wearer as a looter was made by the LA Times.
Blame the LA Times before you shoot your mouth off.

It’s not a good situation. The people need help, not looters and not whiners who are afraid to criticize looting.
Check the caption at the bottom of the pic that refers to him as a looter. An apology? Nah.
Looks to me like an on scene reporter made the statement.
I think you might want to reconsider your comments.
“First off, theres no indication hes looting.”
He is just going by the LA Times Caption. If he is not part of the looting blame the LA Times not the FR poster of this story.
The caption with that photo reads "(Carolyn Cole / Los Angeles Times / January 15, 2010)
"A man taking part in the looting of a downtown Port-au-Prince store wears an Obama T-shirt."
So you owe Steel Fish a big apology. By not doing so, you're the one who has actually disgraced FR.
