Now if only the courts will say the same thing about the EPA's
planned regulation of carbon dioxide.
If the EPA can regulate carbon dioxide then there is nothing that the EPA cannot regulate.

This product is a lifesaver.Greatest invention in years. I've been vaping for three months after 25 years of smoking a pack and a half a day and I can't tell you how much better I've been breathing. E Cigs are incredible.

While I support anything that deprives the Fed of power, the nitpicker in me is a little puzzled by the definitions. Are they really saying that tobacco is a drug but pure nicotine isn’t?

The fluids used in ecigs is FAR from pure. The nicotine content is about 3% in most of them.

I’ve been vaping since early December and love em. I get my nic fix, plus all the hand/mouth action.
Plus, they’re much cheaper than analogs over time.
I’ve been trying to wean my dear Anne off of her Marlboro’s.
No ash, no smoke, no fire, no tar, no stink on your clothes or in your car. What’s not to love.
If anyone would like a link to an ecig forum or my supplier, send me a freep mail.

Yes, but the Attorney General’s office just filed suit against the manufacturer of the e-cigarette for fraudulently marketing the product as safe and for targeting children. The State has to get its pound of flesh.

But is nicotine a drug or isn’t it? The definitions seem awfully flexible in this case.

But is nicotine a drug or isnt it? The definitions seem awfully flexible in this case. Nicotine is a naturally occuring chemical found in many food products, including potatos. I believe it's also used as a pesticide. That would make sense as plants develop natural defenses against pests.

IMHO, it’s a naturally produced chemical, as is caffeine. Hell, tomato plants have nicotine.
