NBC executive Brandon Tartikoff offered her the chance to sub for Leno on Friday nights as Joan Rivers did for Johnny Carson. O'Donnell said Leno nixed the idea. And the only person this is surprising to is O'Donnell.

She’s also for gun control. If you give her any grief about it, she will have her bodyguard shoot you. Oh yeah, did I mention that gun control doesn’t apply to her?

Conan was given a chance and he failed to produce results. Leno won, Conan lost. Fair and square.

Getting rid of O’Brian could cost them $40 million. I believe that they will pay off Conan. He will try to move to Fox. at 11pm.
Conan’s humer was always better suited for 12:30 he should have never pushed for the Tonight Show. Only Zucker could be stupid enopugh to orchestrate the destruction of the entire NBC line up. Way to Go GE / NBC. These guys are real winners.

If O’Donnell took a step aside, nothing would change.
She wouldn’t clear up our view until she took three or four steps, minimum!
Cripes, she’d have to be like out on the porch to NOT block the TV!

I have this strange feeling that obama is soon going to have his own late night comedy show.

Time for Rosie O’Donut to turn herself in to the Soilent Green factory.
Hell she could feed ALL of Haiti.

Good idea Rosie, we’ll give it to you instead. (Miss Personality) Mainly because we have always wanted to be rid of NBC once and for all.

To be a little more fair about what happened-Conan suffered from a piss poor 10 pm EVERY NIGHT lead in that also decimated local news ratings to the extent NBC was facing an affiliate revolt. Lets see now, what show was that? And, don’t recall the timing, but, believe it was more than seven months between Jay’s Tonight Show debut and the Hugh Grant interview that finally saw him pass Letterman.
Conan’s statement from earlier this week here-

She is working on making a documentary about herself on HBO? Good thing I am do not get this channel or pay for it. I won’t accidentally see her and wonder why I am paying for it.
To: SoldierDad
I think your thinking of Roseanne Arnold. Rosie O’Donnell is far more insignificant than Roseanne Arnold ever was.
To: Steelfish
Rosie O'Donnell said Thursday that it's time for Jay Leno to step aside for Conan O'Brien and ''not try to flatten his tires before he even gets going.''If anyone knows about flattening tires, it would be this fat ass slob.

NBC is not AS screwed this way, Conan will get paid and go to FOX at 11:00 and do better than Letterman.
