Actually, Roman Catholic missionaries there will tell Haiti is NOT a "Christian" country. I've heard testimony on it....yes, something like 85% will profess to be Roman Catholic...but only nominally so, even while they are practicing (or really enslaved) by Voodoo superstitions with more ardency than Catholicism on the side.

thanks but, not only was I not born yesterday, I live in NYC. Haitian voodoo is no surprise to me. They find severed goat heads in the parks in Brooklyn.
