I received a phone call from former Marine Captain Kelly Hoag the other day, asking if I could help get the word out about a challenger for Pelosi's sock-puppet, Lloyd Doggett. Since I know Captain Hoag, having met her at the 9/12 March on DC and having had the honor of escorting her and 4 other wounded Marines during the weekend festivities, I was more than happy to lend a hand.
George Morovich is mounting a campaign to unseat Doggett and give us one more voice of reason in the US House of Representatives. We need all the conservative voices we can get.
God Bless Texas

That would be great but almost impossible knowing who those people in that district are. I will do what I can.

I donated to the campaign fund for this conservative Texas Republican. I really, really hate Lloyd Doggett-D libtard from Austin, TX after he enthusiastically became a Cap-and-Traitor!!

Morovich Supports 9/12 Rally Let the people speak
" I am joining with the hardworking District 25 residents to express our disgust with the recent explosion of government spending and interference. Fellow Texans feel their voices are not being heard by Washington.
I hear my neighbors and fellow voters voicing the same message, "stop spending, raising taxes, no to the current healthcare plan, stop Cap and Trade, maintain the sanctity and dignity of life, and for Congress to regain fiscal responsibility.
We have an out of control Congress which is not responsive to the demands of the citizenry. The grassroots call for new leadership is apparent.
More than ever I want and I will make a difference for the District 25 voters in Washington. I will fight to stop the Federal Government's intrusion into our lives, and for the return to governing within the powers enumerated by the Constitution."

Thank you both. After talking to Captain Hoag, and hearing the enthusiasm she has for this gentleman, I believe he could win.

I've heard some stuff from back channels that the ACORN crowd wants to work TX over and flip it blue. Organizing for America (they sound familiar?) is already on the job.
Don't slouch off, folks - those creeps are not playing around

Thanks, Arrowhead! I'll get right on to it--I haven't heard of this guy before. I'll sure check him out (I'd vote for a prune tree before I'd vote for Doggett,)
If he's as good as I'm hearing, I'll be thrilled to both donate some money to him, and work on his campaign.

I’ve heard some stuff from back channels that the ACORN crowd wants to work TX over and flip it blue.
Don’t think that will happen at the Federal level but may well happen in the Texas State House. Currently a swap of one or two seats in the Texas state house district can flip it to the democrat column. The Texas State senate is safe at this time.
It’s important as we go into state redistricting following the census. Remember the democrats ran out of state last time during redistricting to bottleneck the process.

Lloyd Doggett is despicable. He is a personal injury trial lawyer with a political philosophy that is to the left of Karl Marx. However, he represents a very Democratic district. I live a little north of his district, so I cannot vote against him; but I will be glad to support a reasonably good Republican who has even a remote chance of beating him. I doubt that such candidate will emerge.

Yep - basically that's what I was getting at. Everybody has to be alert, from school boards on up. Ever since that pack of pirates got in up in D.C. and have doing what they do with merry abandon with no tangible consequences (so far....) seems like reprobates have been coming out of the woodwork thinking it's time they got in on the action too. The best defense presently is if there is a dirtbag in office, get'em out - if there is a dirtbag running for an open and available slot, keep'em out.

Lloyd Doggett is a Quisling! I used to be in TX-25 when it was the “fajita strip” district.
We’ve got 3 Republicanos running to face Rube’n Hinojosa over in TX-15.

That's a good name for him - among many others. The most ridiculous memory I have of him is from a number of years back when the democrooks were airing another go-round of 'evil-Republicans-are-going -to-take-away-school-lunches-from-helpless-children' activism - Doggett got a camera crew from an Austin TV station or two to go with him to some elementary school where he was going to eat with the kids during lunchtime. He didn't interact with anyone, especially any kids, just stood in line with his tray, looking all pissed off, marched off to an empty table where he sat all by himself. I still remember him sitting on a little bitty chair, hunched over a small child-scaled table while forking through food on a little tray, looking like a total goof. I also didn't think much of the administration for allowing their school and students to be used as a backdrop for that turd and his hack BS.
