A couple of interesting things:
1. The genes were only found in patients who had ileostomys, not those in normal patients.
2. The genes in the gut bacteria we NOT GMO genes, rather those naturally present in the plant.
3. If you read the abstract, the authors conclude that there was NO GENE TRANSFER FROM THE GMO.

Interesting, are you in the BIO field because you have to pay to access those articles, it’s surprising you would have access to them?
