One thing this should tell people is the following:
When selecting a doctor to cut you open for surgery, your preference should be the following (assuming no other data, like referrals, is available):
1) Asian
2) White
3) Hispanic
4) Black
Of course it’s possible that that a particular black surgeon could run circles around a peer group of whites and Asians - but it is not probable. And you sure as heck know that neither the Asians nor the Whites got ANY help in getting through medical school...instead they EARNED their licenses.
And this is a major factor when I select a doctor. My first choice is Jewish (Archie Bunker taught me that when he looked for a lawyer), then Asian (including Indian), then White.
As more people figure stuff like this out, more people will make choices based on the similar criteria to myself...something that the Democrats well understand and, to me, a big reason why they want to take over health care (i.e., so that their friends who snagged medical licenses can get some work - once choice of doctors is gone).
Sorry if I offend anyone, but it was not my idea to NOT have a colorblind society.
It is a combination of race, whether or not either of your parents graduated from college, income and most important is the essay. They advise minority students to write an essay about how they over came some kind of adversity due to race. The essay is the most important factor.
ah, once again , Affirmative action and political correctness rears its ugly head to support America’s demise. So hard work and excellence takes a back seat to skin color, all for the sake of “diversity”. Now take a look at nations such as China, Japan, South Korea and Singapore. They would skoff at such preferences, instead their cultures are based on rewarding excellence, and only the best of the best get into the best universities and get the highest paying jobs.
They reward excellence. We strive for mediocrity, but all for diversity! who do you suppose will succeed best in the long run in technological advances and the world economy? How is America going to compete with our goal of mediocrity?
Depressing.
Lets see. “Liberals” will stand up for the Constitutional “right” of a communist to burn the flag, the “right” of one atheist to ban Christmas from public life, the “right” of same sex marriage, then support the State denying the rights of millions of Americans equal protection under the law because of their race.
Go figure.

I can’t wait to see the rich being forced to be treated by the “poor”. Busing to dumb college grads who voted for Obambi anyone?
Therein lies the real problem.
We can let the unqualified in upper-tier schools, and by the time they have reached college, the damage to the really bright students is minimal. But, you can't make the unqualified any smarter.
Best of all, really bright people are very good at assessing the intelligence of their peers. Affirmative action may gain someone a degree and a job, but when his peers understand the sham, he becomes sidetracked.
If I were Asian I'd be pissed. Hmmm, I smell an opening in this reverse discrimination scenario...
The left will tell you that all the cultural problems are the _results_ of racism. That’s completely bogus, of course. Most “discrimination” and “racism” that blacks experience is DUE TO their culture, not the CAUSE OF their culture.
