The idea that you and others are alienating a large portion of FR and a voting block is a huge mistake

WHAT is this "large portion of FR"?

There is a very small portion of members of FR that daily pimp Mitt Romney on FR, even though JR has made his opinion of Romney very clear on many threads.

These people will vote for Mitt regardless of the opinions and facts posted here, and they have a mistaken belief that JR is going to never run out of patience with them. Also, voting statistics have shown that mormons will vote mormon, period.

There are definite signs that there has been a shoutout to Romney supporters and mormons to do battle in his favor on FR, and those of us who are former mormons know exactly HOW that is done. The word comes down from the top and is obeyed all through the organization. I imagine there are blogs run by former mormon FReepers who are trying to destroy FR, who are recruiting mormons and mormon sympathizers to crawl out of the woodwork and spit in JR's eye.

Romney is fit to be tied about now because it's apparent that there will be a close look at the mormon church's racist past due to Harry Reid's big mouth, and his handlers are trying to use FR to combat this.

The Inmans aren't going to go away. Deal with it.

Harry Reid's mormonism is Mitt Romney's mormonism!

I was about to ask what this large portion is, too. The Slick Willard kneepads brigades have either been banned or departed FR. As JimRob said, if they want to shill for this Socialist, they can go form their own website (”Wankers for Willard”).

Harry Reid's mormonism is Mitt Romney's mormonism!

Bingo!

Mitt Romney was 30 yo when his church was still excluding blacks from priestholder status. (Where was Mitt's vocal chords then on this issue?)

And to imagine that some Republicans actually want Mitt to run against the likes of Obama? (You might as well hand the MSM & the Democrats a personal, formal invitation, courtesy of the Republican party, to make the 2011-2012 campaign purely a referendum on racism...

I mean why bother having campaign discussions on taxation, the economy, jobs, socialism, socialized healthcare, and social issues when the drumbeat we'd be giving to the MSM is racism!

Harry Reid's mormonism is Mitt Romney's mormonism!

So, by extension Nancy Pelosi, John Kerry and the late Edward Kennedy represent Catholicism?

Fascinating.

Imagine? LOL Greyfoxx, you and I both know that this is in fact exactly the case!

Yep. When I was active LDS and living in Utah, Wilford Brimley wanted to pass an initiative allowing horse racing in the state. There was a letter read in our ward (I am assuming other wards as well since other people knew about it) telling us to vote against it in the upcoming election. It went down in flames.

The LDS are not taught to think for themselves, they are taught to follow the leaders.
