HOLLYWOOD -- A paparazzo was hit and injured by a BMW carrying starlet Lindsay Lohan in an incident described by police as an "assault with a deadly weapon."
The accident happened behind the Hotel Cafe in the 1600 block of North Cahuenga Boulevard around 1 a.m. Sunday.
Witnesses said paparazzi surrounded the black BMW 650 as Lohan and her assistant got inside in the narrow alley behind the club.
The unidentified driver then allegedly stepped on the gas before the paparazzi could move aside, hitting one man and injuring his wrist and leg.

Well, I remember back (many decades) to my partying years, and our group always had a designated driver (this was long before that concept had an official name) who stayed sober/straight the night they were driving. The rest of us were free to do whatever... I suppose that could be called some kind of "sense" too, but the REAL sense came one night when I was the D.D. and I had an epiphany of sorts and saw my own behavior reflected in that of my friends. That was the end of those outings for me. My wish for Lindsay is that she be graced with such an insight before she crosses a line of no return.
That's a lovely pic of her, one I haven't seen before. Any idea how recent that is? All the pretty pics I've seen are at least 3-4 years old, most earlier than that. It would be nice to think that her looks and composure are returning...

Almost happened to me. I just pray to God she doesn’t take someone else with her. Seen that happen too.

Hmmmmmm...... who should matter less to the world, Lindsey Lohan or some low-life papara##hole?
While I strongly support holding reckless drivers accountable, in this kind of case paparrazi obstructing the path of a vehicle are obviously putting themselves in harm’s way..... a bunch of judgments calls are involved that may be impossible after the fact.
I think that the law is entirely on the pedestrian’s side, especially in CA...... don’t know that there are any cirucmstances in which a driver can advance the vehicle knowing any person is in its path, given the obvious dangers involved even starting from a standstill...... but does the reckless behavior of the paps enter into it at all...... especially since the driver can claim she either didn’t see anyone in the way and/or was distracted by the mob scene etc.?

The real question is did she remember her underwear?
Her movies are fairly forgettable. The first movie I remember her in was the Disney remake of the Parent Trap. She played the twin sisters separated at birth. I prefer the original.

Ewww. Too much bones and too much plastic and her head’s way too big for the body. She looks like the low end of a bad adult movie. That’s just nasty.
After post 35 I’m sure this is something I never saw anywhere before. That’s just freaky.
