Jammer??? Nonsense. What we need is a goober that says ALL the passing traffic is going at 90 MPH.
This would be especially fun if one knew the route the local traffic court judge takes to work every day...

How long before someone develops a jammer of some sort? Do you want a 12 gauge or 10 gauge "jammer"? Also, side-by-side or over-under?
