Translated into English, it says,

"Upon seeing a school of Sturgeon, (Kim Jong-il's) heart burned up with the desire to feed people with its meat and eggs(caviar.)"

Ordinary N. Koreans do not know what caviar is, but he knows it well because it is one of his favorite delicacies. This propaganda piece is so far-out. He is the single largest obstacle to people starving. If he cares about them so much, he should off himself, but it won't happen, would it?
