That is a stupid question. Reid said something nasty about then Senator Obama so of course he gets to accept the apology or not. President Obama has forgiven Reid (and some people say Obama is not Christian....:)

Actually, Reid was complimenting Obama--"light skin," "no dialect unless he wants one," and in doing so said something "nasty" about all dark-skinned with dialects African-Americans.
