A new poll out tonight shows Republican Scott Brown has narrowly pulled ahead of his liberal Democrat opponent, Martha Coakley, in the race for Senate in Massachusetts.

The race is now just a one-point contest, where Scott Brown leads Martha Coakley by a margin of 48%-47%.

The political news/opinion website, Politico.com, reported on the latest poll developments and noted that Brown has pledged to voters he will OPPOSE the Democrat's government-run healthcare plan:

Republican Scott Brown opposes the government-run healthcare plan now being debated by Congress. He launched his campaign on the platform of lower taxes and reduced government spending.

He has earned the support of many within the Tea Party movement, and we here at the Tea Party Express want to deliver that message to the people of Massachusetts.

With polls showing the Tea Party movement more popular than either the Democrat or Republican parties, we here at the Tea Party Express want to run positive ads announcing our support for Brown's candidacy.

But we have to act fast. The Special Election is on January 19th - just 8 days from now! This is an important election - and will be an uphill battle for us to prevail given the leftward slant of Massachusetts, politically.

But we must take action, for if we can pull out a victory we stop the Democrats dead in their tracks in their effort to secretly ram through their socialistic healthcare plan.

We stop the Obama agenda dead in the water if Brown gets in. If you want to help yet you don't live in Massachusetts, volunteer for the phone bank. (While you are calling keep track so we can get a poll to see how much the RATS have stolen afterwards). Speaking of stolen, if you live in Massachusetts, or find a committed Brown voter, get them to become an election judge. In Boston they pay 135-185$ and I bet heavy RAT districts have not had a Republican monitor in years and routinely stuff the ballot box.

Are things getting so out of hand that the Democrats are ducking for cover - I certainty hope so!... I for one, want to strangle all these so-called politicians (illegal voting bastards all - time for people to arise!)...
