Far enough offshore (prelim location) based on the USGS shakemap that there really shouldn’t be much damage. not a really populated area anyway.
Of course, too small to generate a tsunami except for the very rare underwater landslide variety.
Appears to have a strike-slip mechanism, so this is part of the complex faulting around the Mendocino Triple Junction, not on the southern end of the Cascadia subduction zone, hence, unlikely to be a foreshock of a much larger subduction quake.
