PIERRE — U.S. Rep. Stephanie Herseth Sandlin wanted to obtain lists of South Dakotans who purchased hunting and fishing licenses in 2009 from the state Department of Game, Fish and Parks.

She’s a Washington effete snob who’s got SD fooled into thinking she’s one of them. I don’t know who is worse. Sandlin or the brain-dead Tim Johnson.

She’ll get the list; the only thing in dispute is how much she’ll have to pay GF&P for it.

Kind of a toss up with having her: a known quantity, who is a staunch Blue Dog leader; or get an unknown, pliable R(hino?) to replace her.

OTOH, I can think of a few TEApublicans I would like to see run against her.
