Muslims may be organizing a mass air transport, buy tickets anywhere, create as many skirmishes as they can, make hundreds of flights cancel, turn around or tie up other assets like ANG.

That's what I think too. They won't be able to kill any infidels, but the penalties for this type of behavior are not very severe and they can still do a lot of damage to the Great Satan by bogging down our transportation system (and our lives!).
