“Congress convene a Constitutional Convention to propose ten specific amendments”
You don’t need a constitutional convention to propose amendments,,,, and constitutional conventions have no limits on what they can do. Sounds like a way to lose the 2nd, or make healthcare a “right”, etc etc,,,
And what would an amendment saying “congress must be transparent” even mean?
