That is why my theory is so important. It's Pelosi, Obama and Reid betraying ‘the left’ to get a health reform bill passed. Like Bush sold us out to get no child left behind.
Public plan out ala Obama
Private school vouchers out ala Bush
And both parties were telling their base, this is better than doing nothing, It was better for only the political Parties, not us.
Stimulus was different, they had almost a blank check, so house liberals and three RINOs wrote that bill.

You stated you had credited the inspiration for some bill to Pelosi, and that had made other FReepers unhappy.
While I don’t disagree with some of the things you responded to my response with, they are not the issues I was seeking to address with my post. I was simply trying to address what difference it made which of the three came up with the idea.
Do both parties job their constituents? Sure. That wasn’t what you addressed in your post that I responded to.
