I flew out of Tulsa last week. The procedure used was "step into the machine, please. Put your hands up and make like a reindeer. " No explanations. No choices. No alternatives.
It was great. I felt very safe flying out of Tulsa.
I felt good about it, too, until they said "You can step out now, Miss".
My feelings is hurt.
