This is one of the most frightening scenarios that any one of the airline traveling public could face. It is extremely easy to imagine one layer of law enforcement reacting in a lethal manner when confronting a confused, scared, or angry but perfectly law abiding citizen that has been damned by what was surreptitiously put in his/her luggage.
I hope to God this isn't permitted in the USA and if it is, that it be stopped immediately.
