Octuplets Mother's Beverly Hills Fertility Doctor Accused of Gross Negligence by State

The Beverly Hills fertility doctor who helped Nadya Suleman give birth to 14 children, including octuplets, has been accused by the California Medical Board of repeated gross negligence.
Both Suleman and Dr. Michael Kamrava made international headlines last January, after the Southern California woman gave birth to only the second set of octuplets ever delivered in the United States.
Her babies, who will turn 1 on Jan. 28, are the longest-surviving set. Suleman is a single mother who was unemployed and living with her parents. All her children were conceived through in vitro fertilization. At the time, Suleman said she continued having babies because she couldn’t face destroying her frozen embryos.
But, according to the accusation filed Dec. 22 by the Medical Board, Kamrava continued administering fertility medication to increase egg production and retrieving eggs to create fresh embryos even though Suleman still had frozen embryos from previous cycles.

Sticking with the subject: the doctor does appear to have been acting unethically.
So he’s going to pay for their upkeep, instead of the taxpayers? That’s great!

I was thinking about how the adoption tax credit that Bush signed into law will sunset at the end of this year, reverting from over twelve thousand dollars back to its five thousand dollar max.
I suppose the liberals would like to swap it out for an abortion tax credit. The irony of abortion is that it eliminates citizens who would most likely be dependant on the government and prime targets for the liberals.

i’m going with you on this one- & i think the headlines are were created to be misleading. It’s definitely a new side of the law if this goes to court & did he benefit financially?? NOW that would make the wouldn’t it?
he did it on purpose for direct financial gain?
I dont blame the woman she is just an idiot, but a Doctor should know better than to leave 8 fertilised eggs in her baby making apparatus.

WHO paid for the welfare queen to have the invitro after having previous invitro for the 6 she already had? Does California medical welfare pay for these slobs to go to Beverly Hills Drs for this?

So she couldn’t bear to destroy the remaining embryos, so instead this unethical doctor made even more instead of using the ones she didn’t want to destroy.
And the question is, how was he paid. Medicaid, company insurance, and should there be laws about the government (us taxpayers) paying for more than the production of two children (replacement)? I very much wanted 3 children, but as we could only afford to raise two without outside help, we chose not to creat more. I am mightyly pizzed if I am paying for other people to have more children on my dime.
Make the good doctor the legal father and make him pay for their upkeep.
