I saw the video. The shots fored were not THAT immensely overwhelming as said. There was a lot of cover shooting( one officer fires, other advances, they take tiurns doing that) as officers worked their way onto a position in which they could get a clear shot. They got him in flight , on the other side of the street. There may be a second shooter.
Debora Schlussel has it all on her blog along woith the video taken by a jury candidate as he approached the court house. ( He was a little naive, and should have taken cover, could have been shot by stray fire.)
