Newark Liberty Airport Reportedly in Lockdown Over Security Breach
We used to love to fly. My wife and myself. Been a lot of places in this World, but have to agree with you on that last flight business. Ours was Christmas 1995 to New Orleans.
Never been on a flight since, nor intend to fly ever again since 9/11, unless by some miracle in what little time we have left on this planet we are able to get some sensible people to put a stop to the idiocy that is prevalent today.
That of course means get rid of the Left in our government, restore the Constitution, and beat back, and beat down Islam.
“I hate that terminal. All the ambiance of the bus station...”
And yet, it is SO MUCH BETTER, than the old North Terminal, that I spent several cold nights in, watching the snow piling up in the hall, as it came under the doors.
PeopleXpress days...
After reviewing the tapes, the play stands, 15 yard penalty is assessed after the play for unsportsmanlike conduct.
Mine was Newburg, NY.
Yeah, 90 % fit that description. My “favorites” (putting it loosely) are Tampa, Pittsburgh and Calgary.
Newark, New Jersey?
Good Lord, tell me there's not more than one Newark!?
Most definately! I saw Hillary! at WP last summer. Chappaqua is, as you know, very close!
Did Granny forget to take her dentures out?
Who needs explosives? Just keep doing this crap with scares and breaches and our transportation system will grind to a halt.
Been there, done that Newark-London Gatwick back in college. I was too young and stupid to realize how awful it was...
LOL! There’s a Newark in California, too, and I believe the ambience is about the same.
Sadly, yes. I live 40 miles from Newark, Ohio, a true place of despair.
Although, the past few years it’s gotten busier and busier. Use to be no trouble parking. Now it takes a while to find a spot.
My son is in that crowd...somewhere!
Connected through there twice on a round trip to the UK a couple of years ago with my boss.
We convinced corporate travel to find another way. They did...
Well, then...there ya go. I stand corrected. Although, I don’t think either of them have international airports....right?
Has your eyesight returned to 20/20?
A columnist in the Jerusalem Post made several points about the Nigerian bomber episode, the most interesting to me being that while Osama has us all concentrating on flights, they strike in a different, more vulnerable place.
