Kerry wants to rub elbows with an insane dictator but could care less for the citizen's wishes in a country exercising their own Constitutional rights by having a wannabe dictator removed.
(1) Hillary will resign in private disgust during the early part of the new year. Kerry will be appointed by Obama as the new SOS.
(2) Turned down or not, this aborted Iranian "diplomatic" mission was Kerry's opening gambit in a carefully plotted bid for the next Nobel Peace Prize.
