New Hampshire is considering a firearms freedom bill akin to those being considered in other states and already enacted in Montana and Tennessee, but with this provision added (this paragraph mine, not from article):
"Any official, agent, or employee of the government of the United States, or employee of a corporation providing services to the government of the United States that enforces or attempts to enforce a act, order, law, statute, rule or regulation of the government of the United States upon a personal firearm, a firearm accessory, or ammunition that is manufactured commercially or privately in New Hampshire and that remains within the State of New Hampshire shall be guilty of a class B felony."

Damn! Go NH...
For us dum dums (Me, Inc) is that good or bad?
Depends on if one is in favor of the federal government going back to the relatively small box described for it in Obama’s toilet paper (the Constitution). If you are, this is a good thing.
New Hampshire? The liberal, northeastern New Hampshire??
Wowser.
Silencers I can probably live without, but it is the “and so on” I am worried about.

The sad part is that, from the 13’th Amendment on, the role of the federal government became able to intervene within the states, thus making them nothing more than provincial jurisdictions of the federal government. Look at medical marijuana laws. That’s a state’s matter and it took a lib-tard like Obama to do what Bush should have done: order his agents to leave the states alone in their decision to allow medical marijuana dispensaries. Whether you agree with marijuana legalization or not, it’s not up to the feds to stick their noses into unless it crosses states’ lines, and - even then - only if the other state affected complains. The same is true for guns within these few brave states.
Actually, NH is pretty conservative for New England, the only state that consistently went (R) in Presidential elections. Liberal refugees from MA however, who think that continuing to vote for the same tyrants and policies they did in the state they escaped from, are causing NH to trend stupid.
NH is not liberal
it’s been infested by libs from Mass but in general it is conservative
No, no, you misunderstood. The laws passed in MT and TN, and for all I know, the ones being considered in other states, don’t exempt intrastate silencers, machine guns and so on from federal control. This bill differs in being MORE aggressive in that respect.
Thought NH was suffering a continued infestation from the south

Uh, why is Mr. Burns standing in front of a map of Europe?
Don't know. I don't live there, just saw this posted online. According to the comments at the article page, a state sovereignty bill was defeated by a single vote last year. Don't know if that one was firearms related or if it was, if it had this provision.
Because the NH proposal is a slap at the New World Order.
Ah, OK. Got it.
Shout out to the pro-Constitution and anti-nanny crowd.
