"Prosecutors said there are no state charges for having the unarmed launcher..."
Looks like just about everybody is exempt from prosecution now...

Houston police said they did a thorough investigation and did not find any ties to terrorists or a terrorist network.
He is a Moslem. He is storing a rocket launcher. He is a terrorist. Welcome to America's suicide by the occupation government decree.

"The former director of Houston's FBI office said rocket launchers can be dangerous if they're in the wrong hands."
It's time to just concede defeat and hand the country over to the jihadis.
To: Beaten Valve
BS.
It's an empty shell that used to hold a rocket that was fired long ago.
It's as dangerous as an empty cartridge case.

Has anyone in authority in Houston ever heard of the word “FINGERPRINTS” as in on the AT-4, which is a US military weapon.
You can’t buy one at “Weapons R US”.
How do you say “stolen”?
Are the police and the FBI in Houston that stupid or is this the norm?
PS: Anyone report missing an AT-4 and PERHAPS ITS ROCKET?
FYI: One day I was walking by the FBI headquarters in Wash. DC> (I work for a law enforcement govt agency) and saw a DC jail prisoner in an orange jumpsuit walking around there. No guard in sight.
Jokingly, I called the DC Police and asked, “Are you missing a prisoner? If so, I know where he is.”
Laughter: Yes, we know about him. It’s okay. On a work project.
I really felt better after that!

But did they check his underwear?

This is a non story. The AT4 has one shot, period. This one was empty, which means it is only as deadly as any other length of pipe when used as a club(probably not as effective actually). There are no charges because the person didn’t break the law.

Well, unless you’re white, Christian, male, conservative, or think you should have some say in the amount of taxes you pay. Then you’re a terrorist.

They must have just found the LAUNCHER....harmless by itself....not a missile with live warhead. Otherwise he WOULD have been charged with unlicensed explosives possession.

SOS! Find an empty LAW tube and it will make the news. You can find stuff like this at the local flea market. Want to make the front page news? Go to your nearest major airport, stand by the fence at the end of the runway with a fishing rod carrying tube on your shoulder and see what happens.
