Afghanistan was under control under Bush and Franks. They were smart to take the fight to Iraq and draw in Al Qaeda.

CIA Director Leon Panetta said in a message to agency staff that the casualties sustained in Wednesday's strike at Forward Operating Base Chapman were the result of a terrorist attack.
Panetta could lose his job for calling it a terrorist attack instead of a man caused disaster.
