I remember the moment that my radio first landed on Rush by accident, but not the date. I just know it was before Dan’s bake sale.
Living out in the country, east of Memphis, AM reception was very bad, and my radio stayed on FM (PUBIC radio), mostly for music, but I remember some Saturday talk shows where they made snide remarks about some Rush Limbaugh.
I became an instant devote, and often had to set up a recorder if I was going to be away from a radio. I am now a Rush 24/7 subscriber, listening to Mark Belling as I type this from my cottage on Cebu Island.
