Mulvaney discusses the reason he's decided to challenge 27-year veteran Democrat Rep. John Spratt, the logistics of the race and campaign organization, his chances, the possibility (likelihood) that Spratt will go negative (like he did in 2006), etc.

One rumor that Mulvaney squashes here is that Ralph Norman will run against him in the primary.
